Lloyd Recruitment Services are exciting to be working alongside the NHS to find a Health Care Assistant to work at a local Medical Centre in Dorking.
You will be required to work 25-35 hours per week, on a shift pattern to be agreed.
Paying £11.50ph
As a Health Care Assistant your main role will be to assist the Doctors and Nurses to ensure a seamless delivery of patient care, you will do this by carrying out a range of treatments i.e. NHS health checks, ECG’s, BP’s and Phlebotomy all under direct supervision of a clinical member of staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining all stock and supplies for the practise and ensuring administrative duties are carried out and all necessary documents are up to date.
We are looking for a caring and kind individual who has a passion for helping people with the ability to put patients at ease, you will be someone who is able to work in a team but also be able to use your own initiative.
Essential:
Excellent communication skills, including listening
Strong organisation skills and observational skills
Ability to follow and instructions and procedures
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage however not essential as training will be given
