Are you a friendly and confident individual with a flair for providing great customer service? Do you have background in customer service or even retail? Are you looking for your next step in your career?
If so, then we have the role for you
We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a friendly team based in Dorking to work in a busy contact centre.
You will be required to work 37.5 hour per week between 7am – 8pm, Monday – Sunday. Please note you will only be required to work 1 weekend day per month.
Paying £24,000
Duties will include:
Answering high volume of inbound calls, dealing with customer queries and taking down as much information as possible.
Booking appointments accordingly and keeping customers and system updated at all times
Liaising with customers and other departments to ensure all customer queries are resolved and ensure all customer data is accurately recorded in line with GDPR
Report directly to the line manager and work positively with all team members
Ideal candidate:
Have a positive and enthusiastic approach with the ability to multitask when busy
Strong interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manor
Must be fully IT proficient
Previous call centre experience is desirable but not essential
