Do you have previous experience in credit control? Maybe you have previously worked in sales ledger or even a call centre and have an interest in credit control?
If so, then we may have the role for you
We are looking for confident individuals to join a friendly, busy team, based in Sutton.
Working with a range of clients including independent businesses, local authority and larger businesses you will required to liaise closely via telephone and emails to discuss outstanding invoices, organise payments to bring the accounts back up to date and resolve any account queries.
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience dealing with high call volumes in call or contact centre
Enjoy working to deadlines and hitting targets
Friendly and Professional approach
Must be fully IT proficient
B2B experience advantageous
