Remote - Customer Service Advisor - Full Time and Part Time



Our client is looking for customer focused individuals who enjoy building a rapport with customers, and are able to engage whilst providing a professional, understanding and friendly service.



The Position:

You will be a friendly voice at the end of the phone, providing support and guidance to individuals who need to discuss potential payment difficulties, and assist them in coming up with alternative payment plans/options to suit their particular difficulties (short or long-term). It’s an extremely rewarding position, where you will be dealing with simple queries or indeed more complex situations. Our client’s mission is to keep a constant focus on improving their customers experiences, and they also believe that their success, could not have been achieved without their people, and as the business grows, so do the future opportunities for their staff members.

  • Full training will be provided, and you will gain the opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team with a dedicated Team Leader on hand.




The Salary Package:

Working options:



  • Office/Hybrid - full time training in Redhill for first 2 weeks, then can continue working in the office, or request Hybrid option from 6 months once probation completed (£24-26k + package outlined below)


  • Remote - full time training in Redhill (2 weeks initially - accommodation will be paid for in local hotel Mon-Thur), then once a month visits for team meetings and get-togethers (£22-24k + package outlined below)
