- Customer Solutions Advisor
As a Customer Solutions Advisor, you will be the first port of call for residents and clients to log repairs and aid in any queries or questions whilst ensuring customer satisfaction is always met.
If you have experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as monitoring and replying to email inboxes, then apply today!
You will work 37.5 hours per week, usually between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Cover may also be required on the occasional Saturday 8am - 4pm on a rota basis.
