Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for focused individuals who would like to make a difference in their role and to the community.
Providing a calm and professional service, you will respond to members of the public either facing difficult situations or needing guidance and advice, sometimes being required to respond quickly and efficiently.
Working in a friendly team, you will need to be a clear and confident communicator and be able to remain calm when under pressure.
Salary: £22,325
Working a four-on-four off pattern, with the following repeating shift times:
7am – 7pm
8am – 8pm
2pm – Midnight
9pm – 7am
Please note you will be required to work in the office in Wallington and must be able to commit to all the shift times above.
Duties:
Taking incoming calls from members of the public, gaining as much info as possible and imputing information on to database.
Being a friendly voice on the end of the phone while advising the best course of action.
Understanding the nature of the call i.e. urgent or non-urgent and passing to relevant department.
The Individual:
Excellent interpersonal skills with good telephone manner to ensure callers are put at ease
Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
Ability to retain information and record to a high level
Previous experience in a call centre or working with vulnerable people would be an advantage.
