Lloyd Recruitment Services is very proud to be working with a recognised charity, who are announcing a new and exciting project in connection with the Metropolitan Police Integrity line.
Maybe you are a retired police officer, have worked in law, care, nursing or teaching?
Or do you have previous customer service/ call handler experience?
Or maybe you are a Graduate who has studied Psychology or Criminal Law?
If yes, we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for 4-7 individuals to work as part of a new team, where you will respond to incoming calls from either members of the public, or those already working in the Met police, where you will log calls and process information relating to complaints about an individual’s actions or behaviour.
You will need to be a confident and professional communicator and be able to handle sensitive information in a calm manner.
Initially this is a three-month temporary position, however, there is a strong likelihood that it could be extended and / or lead to permanent employment within other areas of the business.
The Finer Details:
£11.05 per hour
Full training provided
