More junior level: £22k
More experienced level: £25-26k
You’ll be working as part of their busy finance department, handling a variety of Purchase Ledger duties/tasks including:
Indexing, matching and inputting invoices, credit notes and credit claims onto the databases
Liaising with colleagues in other teams to resolve any supplier queries
Taking turns in preparing and processing payment run, aligning with the finance calendar
Produce weekly and fortnightly reports on a rota basis with colleagues
Carryout out any reconciliations within deadlines
Ensure transactions recording are authorised and coded correctly to avoid future errors
Admin of debt balances on ledger and escalate if required
Sort daily post and team emails, again on a rota basis with colleagues in the team.
You must have:
Excel experience to ideally include creating pivot tables and nested formulas
Proactive and able to work on own initiative
Excellent communication skills and able to manage work to deadlines
Knowledge of Google Sheets and Docs will be an advantage.
