- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with an award winning, media company who are in search of a part-time Office Administrator to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Admin/Operations Assistant to help with the running of our client’s growing portfolio of digital and in-person events. This is a part-time role (up to 25 hours per week) and is based at their East Grinstead office.
The right candidate will be well organised and a great communicator who will be in constant contact with the team and clients to ensure all information about their Conferences, Awards and Digital Conferences are up to date.

Key responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to collect company information and speaker information for our events
Update event websites with agendas, speaker bios and company information
Liaise with sales and editorial team to arrange tech checks for our clients’ events
Contact our Awards nominees to get guest information for our clients Awards Evening
Create joining instructions for their events
Liaise with their team/couriers to ensure correct equipment is sent to events
Help manage travel logistics for our staff attending events
Liaising with their clients to ensure content delivery deadlines are met
Work with event organisers and venues to ensure they have the correct information about our clients brands and to get information on how to access events
Skills Required:
Exceptional organisation skills
Minimum of 1 year+ experience in admin/ operations role
Positive attitude
Exceptional communication skills
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
Willingness to learn
Collaborative approach to problem solving
Self-motivation with the ability to take initiative, manage a variety of tasks, and see projects through to completion
Salary £24,850 pro rata
25 hours per work (flexible on days / hours worked each day)
