Our client is a globally renowned technology company, who are looking for an individual to join them as a Recruitment Coordinator, where you will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding of new starters as well as the full recruitment process.
The Individual:
We are looking for an individual with previous recruitment administration / support experience (either in-house or agency).
You will be highly organised, enjoyed using your own initiative and working as part of a wider team.
Duties:
Liaise with Agencies, Intranet & external advertising
Attend regular meetings with managers to discuss their recruitment needs and offer guidance where necessary
Provide internal hiring process guide
Receive, log & distribute CVs from agencies/applicants
Set up technical and HR interviews and give feedback to agencies
Attend and sometimes complete HR Interviews
Raise hiring approval
Issue Offer, Contract and supporting documents and offer guidance where necessary to new starters
Manage Recruitment invoices processing
Keeping track of all contractor’s
Liaise with contractor managers to ensure all approvals are raised in time
Liaise with agencies regarding contractor rates
