** 6 month FTC ** £30,000 - £34,000 ** 37.5 hours a week ** Monday to Friday ** 11.5 days holiday +bank holidays **
Working alongside the HR Consultant and supporting the Head of HR, you’ll be assisting in the delivery of People strategy across the business unit, and provide administrative duties and dealing with a wide range of redundancy matters.
In addition they would like you to partner with and support Managers to manage all aspects of day-to-day operational business requirements for the business unit.
Responsibilities:
Collate and produce accurate and reliable people MI for the business, and work with the Head of People to develop strategies for improvement
Enable the business to attract and retain the very best talent, and support their Great Place to Work people plan
Provide support and guidance as required by the Business Unit people strategy, supporting managers to design and develop the most effective function to best meet present and future business needs.
Skills:
CIPD Level 5 preferable
Strong Microsoft IT skills
Current and full Driving License
