Would you be interested in joining a global organisation, within their Risk and Broking division?
Do you have experience of working on the delivery of marketing plans, and keen to get involved in other functions across marketing and comms including off and online media e.g. print, direct mail, email marketing?
Are you happy to be the point of contact in a support capacity for an Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) team as well as wider business divisions?
This role will focus on building, coordinating and delivering innovative programs of marketing activity, as well as managing and measuring the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
Successful candidates must demonstrate business acumen, relevant marketing experience with core execution, project management, communication and team skills.
The Role
Support the ICT marketing team in the delivery of agreed marketing plans and programmes
Coordinate and deliver activities and tactics within agreed timelines and budgets, including virtual and in-person activity in GB and wider EMEA/Global campaigns.
Coordinate and liaise with regional and global marketing colleagues including in-house and outsourced marketing partners (Communications, Design, PR, Digital, Events and Research/Analytics) as required
Support and work alongside the event management team on the delivery of client events/sponsorships
Work with the digital delivery team and other stakeholders, on delivery of digital marketing including website, direct emails podcasts and social media
Evaluate marketing campaigns against agreed KPIs and advise / guide to improve future marketing initiatives
Manage the marketing mailing activity, ensuring that mailing lists are accurately built according to their target audience and via co-ordination with relevant stakeholders, ensure that contact data is up-to-date.
Keep stakeholders up to date with project execution and delivering
Support and coordinate update of marketing planners and activity schedules
Help support and coordinate internal communications, including intranet and standalone marketing communications
Help coordinate and manage the podcast program
The Requirements
Relevant marketing experience is essential, ideally gained within a professional services or a B2B environment.
Strong project management skills
Excellent organisational skills, the ability to juggle a large workload, and prioritise work effectively
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and happy to attend meetings – face to face and virtual with stakeholders and colleagues
Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised, whilst recognising when to escalate issues or ask for help when required
Strong team player with good people skills and a proven track record of providing support to other team members and building collaborative relationships
