This could be the ideal role for you if you’re… someone always happy to have a go at something new, looking to jump into a small team in a company scaling up.
Our client is seeking a Junior Designer to join them on a permanent basis, in line with their continued growth across the UK and Internationally.
Overview:
You’ll be working on creating print and digital resources to support company campaigns, activities and products to increase company reviewing and growing product awareness across their chosen target sectors.
Ideally with 1-2 years Marketing Design experience under your belt, you’ll be joining an expanding and friendly in-house creative team. You’ll be encouraged to come up with new ideas and directions to improve the print and digital resources of the team/wider business.
Producing drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions
Collect and analyst research data, work with feedback to improve current and future campaigns and product designs
Develop illustrations, logos and new concepts to keep the company brand “fresh”
What we need:
Experience gained from a B2B Marketing environment would be ideal, with an understanding of subscription models.
A complete understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) is a must.
Experience of using Digital Solutions such as HubSpot (CRM) and Zoom would be ideal, as well as a strong portfolio of graphic design.
