** £15-16.40 p/hour ** 12-month temporary contract ** Weekly Pay ** NEST Pension ** 33 days holiday ** Sandwich based with occasional travel to Epsom Site for meetings **
Working for a leading global pharmaceutical company, you’ll be predominantly receiving a high volume of inbound telephone calls from Healthcare Professionals, being the first point of contact for the company. Confident dealing with alternative enquiries via email, webchat and letter is a must.
We are targeting someone with a strong Customer Service background, able to confidently multitask using multiple systems. Query management is key with the ability to escalate calls and prioritise workload.
Points to consider:
The team deal with 1st line calls from the UK Business Unit database of approx. 22,000 customers and Healthcare Professionals who purchase pharmaceutical products via a DTP (Direct to Pharmacy) and Direct Account supply chain.
Occasional travel to the Epsom office will be required for meetings with Business Units to ensure continuity and feedback is maintained at all stages.
There is a requirement to participate in the Christmas skeleton staff rota to provide cover in the team between the dates 24th December and 1st January excluding Bank Holidays.
There is a requirement to participate in taking ad hoc out of hours calls from the rota phone.
