Description
We are looking for an experienced office administrator for our busy client based in Kingston.

 

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

 

The Perks:



  • Salary £18k - £24k (depending on experience)

The Role:


  • General office duties such as answering emails, telephone calls, postal correspondence and filing.


  • Running company systems and databases


  • Sending out order and delivery confirmations


  • Processing invoices and purchase orders.


  • Dealing with both customers and suppliers and always providing great customer service.


 

The Individual:


  • Be a great communicator


  • Be ambitious, with the want to learn and progress within the company


  • Have the ability to work on your own, but also remain as part of the bigger team


  • Most of all be friendly and approachable and be confident to share new ideas
