- Description
- We are looking for an experienced office administrator for our client based in Guildford!
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5pm.
Paying £18,000 - £24,000 depending in experience.
Duties will include:
General office duties such as answering emails, telephone calls, postal correspondence and filing.
Dealing with both customers and suppliers and always providing great customer service.
Processing invoices and purchase orders.
Sending out order and delivery confirmations
Running company systems and databases
Ideal candidate:
Previous experience working in an office environment
Good telephone manner and confident in dealing with people
Positive and enthusiastic approach
Ability to work well under pressure
