Do you have a genuine passion and interest in IT or web development?
Do you have IT related qualifications?
Are you a confident and professional communicator?
We have two opportunities for IT enthusiasts, to join our clients on a permanent or contract basis
.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, both internally and externally, within the company.
Duties:
Receive inbound customer communication
Look to resolve any minor IT issues and escalating them where needed
Establish effective working relationships with customers and third-party partners
Create, manage, and resolve service cases
