Working alongside a rolling project, you will provide 1st line support and guidance to online colleagues throughout Europe and CIS for the company website, as well as getting involved in 2nd line issues.
Duties:
Response and handling of service requests and system troubleshooting
Engage with issues across the website and 3rd party systems.
Liaise with 2nd line support team for issue escalation, and feedback to issue requesters
Develop, debugging and problem solving for the website
Guide and release HQ system standard (SEO, design, coding, integrating and security policy) to local IT teams
Desirable experience:
Various experience of enterprise web site development project or operation
Experience in developing and managing websites including analytic tools
IT related qualifications
Degree beneficial
