A day in the life of a Sales Negotiator in Cranleigh:
Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants.
Using various marketing skills, to market properties to tenants
An emphasis on new and repeat business
Canvassing the local area
Door knocking and leaflet distribution
Ensuring that properties meet health and safety standards
Essential Skills of a Sales Negotiator:
Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
Collaborate effectively with others to foster a sense of community and an enjoyable working environment.
A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
The ability to work on one's own initiative
Excellent telephone manner
Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
Attention to detail
Ideally, an understanding of current residential lettings legislation
