In-house Recruiter – Early Career’s

Do you have a background in Early Careers Recruitment? 

 

If so, then we have the role for you

As an Early Career Recruiter, your role will be to support all business areas within the UK and Ireland by sourcing great candidates and leading all campus recruitment activity while working remotely.

This role will be for 6 months minimum with the possibility of a perm role to the right candidate.

In this role we are able to accept candidates under PAYE or Umbrella company.





  • PAYE is paying up to £160 per day


  • Umbrella company is paying up to £220 per day (inside IR35)


 

Key Responsibilities:



  • Build strong relationships with careers services and placement office directors to plan campus activities.


  • Source and screen candidates, arrange interviews and offers and assist with onboarding while keeping in contact and communicating updates to candidates.


  • Recording, updating and analysing recruitment data


  • Travel to offices and universities across the UK to insight evenings and to attend job fairs.


  • Support Early Careers Recruitment Manager in assessing needs and developing strategies and implementing work plans to meet the need of the business.


  • Seek new and innovative ideas to enhance return on investments and manage budget and resources.


 

The Individual:



  • Creative thinker with the confidence to offer new ideas.


  • Quick learner who is happy to learn new systems and technology.


  • Experienced in sourcing candidates from Linked in and other job boards and has an interest in social media


  • Experience planning and running events both face to face and virtually.


  • Minimum 1-year inhouse Early Careers Recruitment experience


  • Experience recruiting in financial services, broking or investment role would be an advantage
