** £12.00 - £15.00 per hour ** Temp to Perm Opportunities ** Star of the Quarter ** Quarterly Team Events ** On the Spot Reward Scheme **
We have an opportunity available for an individual with pension’s experience, to join a leading organisation, supporting their pension’s team in various duties.
Experience could come from customer service and / or administration.
Duties:
Maintaining and updating case files and database records
Contacting clients / customers for additional information
Handling sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
Assisting more senior colleagues with all ad hoc duties
Team orientated able to work to targets and deadlines
Develop technical knowledge relating to the pensions industry
Experience:
Maths & English Language GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent)
Fully IT proficient in Microsoft applications
Strong communication skills
