The Position:
Receive the primary channels of inbound customer communication.
Establish effective working relationships with customers and third-party partners
Create, manage, and resolve service cases
What do you need to bring to the table?
Ideally you will have worked within a service based role previously (this does not have to be IT related)
Confidence when communicating with people, both in the office and over the phone
A flexible and dedicated work ethic
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
