In-house Recruitment Coordinator

 

** £25-28,000k ** Mon to Fri ** Hybrid working 2-3 days in office ** 25 days holiday +b/holidays ** Bonus ** Pension ** Life Assurance ** £500 flex benefits package **

 

 



  • Are you a super organised administrator and coordinator, looking for a new role within an expanding recruitment team, with lots of interaction with the recruitment and HR teams, business divisions, candidates and agencies.?


  • Can you see a task through from start to finish without missing/overseeing any stages – this will be extremely useful for the onboarding and vetting elements.?


 

Your colleagues in the recruitment team work on various roles throughout the business, and are partnering up with a new division, so it’s a great time to jump onboard, and become a valued member of the team.  You’ll be taking an active role in supporting the activities of your colleagues by:



  • Following processes for face to face and remote ID certifying


  • Checking Right to Work status (visa, workarounds, etc.) updating the system accordingly with stages being taken


  • Joining weekly calls to update the team and work together on troublesome cases to find solutions


  • Providing reports for team and senior management on Excel and PowerPoint


  • Progress candidates through the portal, and keep accurate records


  • Liaise with hiring manager for first day arrangements and feedback to candidates


  • Assist on recruitment job fairs and events as part of the team


  • Get involved in recruitment projects


 

Qualifications



  • Previous experience in an administration or coordination role


  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – Excel, PowerPoint & Word


  • Any experience from in-house or agency recruitment or agency would be really beneficial


  • Knowledge of onboarding / compliance / referencing / HR Legislation procedures would be ideal


  • Confident liaising with colleagues and candidates at all levels


  • Ability to gather and manage data and keep spreadsheets updated at all times


  • Knowledge of Workday would be a distinct advantage
