Expanding and established market leader in the renewables sector, are seeking an additional Project Manager to join them and oversee a mixture of small GSHP, ASHP and Solar PV projects to work in partnership with others in the PM team.
This role is a hybrid role, with time spent split between the office, on-site and at home (after probation period, which predominately needs to be office based to enable the team to gel successfully and become familiar with the business and it’s workings)
If successful, you’ll be managing projects from the initial consultation time, through to design, installation and maintenance thereafter.

The duties of the role:
Day-to-day client relations.
Planning and progression of projects (site surveys, pre-project costings, RAMS, planning, sub contract orders, variations, engineer scheduling etc.)
Ensuring the project runs to cost, time, scope and quality.
Assisting with the closing of the project (client handover pack completed, certificates, final invoicing etc.)
Contribution in managing the work flow gaining critical information from all stakeholders (suppliers, stores, designers, consultants, sub-contractors or clients) to maintain the critical time path for all projects.
Track and report progress as needed.
Is aware of when escalation of issues is required and escalates as needed to the Project Manager and company management.
Projects include the installation of renewable energy systems on domestic and commercial projects throughout the UK.
Ideal Qualifications:
Princes Trust 2 or equivalent PM Qualification
C&G Level 2/3 Plumbing
C&G 18th Edition or Electrical qualifications
CITB SSSTS/SMSTS
ECS / CSCS Card
Full clean driving licence – vehicle available for site visits / expenses paid if using personal vehicle.
