Graduate Trainee and Sales Administrator Roles

 



  • Part Time Sales Administrators - 30 hours a week


  • Full Time Sales Administrators - 37.5 hours a week


  • Graduate Trainee (Financial and Stock Planning) – 37.5 hours a week


 

We are delighted to be partnering again with a family-owned retail company who are recruiting a number of new colleagues to work from their ever-expanding Reigate head office.

 

Sales Administrator

Full time: Up to £27k (dependent upon experience) - Mon-Fri 9-5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch

Part time: £21,600 for 30 hours (ideally 6 hours a day Mon-Fri)



  • These positions would suit professional and experienced Administrators, with exposure to sales office activities.


  • The ideal candidate will possess a client focused and positive telephone manner, combined with the ability to multi-task accordingly, to each client and customer call.


  • You will be a confident, outgoing and adaptable individual, who enjoys working under pressure with high customer service standards.


  • Administration experience from a finance, wholesale, distribution or FMCG environment would be extremely advantageous.


 

Graduate Trainee

Full time: £20-23k – Mon-Fri 9-5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch



  • Are you seeking an entry level role into a secure FMCG company.?


  • We are looking for a recent graduate (ideally from a business or economics background).  Initially experiencing other areas of the business to gain an insight into how they work, before settling into the Financial and Stock Planning route approx. 2 months into the role.


  • So, if you’re good with figures, have strong IT skills and are keen to learn from a market leading organisation, with their products placed with nationally recognised names, this could be the role you’re looking for.
