Lloyd Recruitment Services are partnering with an international pharmaceutical company, based in Sandwich, who are on the lookout for a new Administrator to one of their business teams as soon as possible.
This part-time role is 22.2 hours per week and is being offered on a temporary 12-month temporary basis initially – currently the working days/patterns are flexible to fit in around the successful candidate.
Key duties (full training will be given):
Updating and adding information to the team spreadsheet for all colleagues to utilise moving forward
Emailing for outstanding information for purchases
Providing to supervisor as required
Involved in the Change Control Process:
Updating the system on any changes and arrange update meetings as required for affected colleagues.
Once the meetings are completed, assign actions and close out.
Update the teams Primary Events Tracker:
Scan completed forms and would uploading into training compliance system.
General administration support for wider team.
