If you are friendly, outgoing and have a background in customer service including retail, we may have the role for you!
We are currently recruiting for people looking to start a career in sales, to join an ever-expanding team in Wimbledon, for one of the UK’s largest independent insurance brokers.
As an insurance consultant you will be responsible for building relationships with new clients and maintaining existing accounts by always providing amazing customer service. You will learn to engage with your clients, and really find out what they are looking for – all of this will become second nature, once you have learnt the companies’ products and services, and before long, you’ll be able to offer and guide them on which insurances will suit them best.
Hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. You will also be required to work alternate Saturdays.
Offering £20,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
As well as receiving full training you will also gain a company funded CII professional qualification!
Ideal candidate:
Have great interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong client relationships
Be ambitious, with the want to learn and progress within the company
Have the ability to work on your own, but also remain as part of the bigger team
Most of all be friendly and approachable and be confident to share new ideas
Previous experience in sales or customer service would be an advantage.
