Our client is based in the central area, and is looking for an individual to join their customer accounts team.
You will work in a large and friendly team, and be the first point of contact for customers who need to discuss their accounts and payment plans.
Some of these customers could be experiencing payment difficulties, and you will be a friendly voice to each customer using your listening skills to help with their queries and help find a suitable outcome.
These opportunities provide full training, learn the FCA industry and progress in your career.
