Based in the local area we are looking for positive, friendly and customer focused individuals who would like to gain the opportunity to work for a market leader.

The Role:
Providing a service to customers and Brokers, you will assist with any queries relating to accounts, products and IT resets.
Using your listening skills you will communicate in a friendly manner, and in some cases use your empathy when discussing personal situations.
Full training is offered, and you will be able to learn various products, systems and the FCA regulations, so is a great opportunity to really enhance your knowledge, skill set and to learn.
