We are working with our client based in the local area, who are looking for an individual to join their team due to internal promotion.
Working in a busy office, you will be responsible for the coordination and processing of all deliveries and shipments, ensuring targets and deadlines are met to satisfy customer orders and contracts.
You will need to be highly organised and enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks.
Great working environment, you will become part of a friendly and fun team.
What you’ll be doing:
Answering any customer queries over the telephone or via email
Order processing, tracking and amending orders
Producing production schedules and spreadsheets
Liaising with clients, sales team and the accounts department via email and telephone
Diary management
Supplying clients with quotes
Computer literate with knowledge of MS Excel and Word and Outlook
