An exciting opportunity for individuals looking to step into the corporate world and start their career.
Maybe you have a background in retail, have just finished college or University and are keen to work for a brand name.
This is a varied and interactive role where no two days are the same. You will be joining a supportive team of advisors and will be guided and trained by a dedicated team leader!
Paying - £20500 - £23k depending on experience
Duties will include:
Deal with all incoming communications by telephone and where appropriate resolve with company policy or escalate to correct team
Understand issues from customers perspective by asking questions and diving further to understand
Liaise with customers and other departments to ensure all customer queries are resolved
Develop appropriate knowledge in products, procedure, policies and legislations
To report directly to the line manager and work positively with all team members
The Individual:
A hardworking, enthusiastic and friendly personality
Enjoy working as part of a team, whilst driven to hit targets
Good verbal and written communications
Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manor
Adequate computer literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
