- PR and Communications Marketing Specialist
Leading finance division of an internationally recognised brand, is seeking someone to join them on initially a 12 month maternity leave basis.
You’ll be responsible for delivering an effective internal and external comms programme to support the wider strategic customer and business objectives, alongside day-to-day marketing related activities.

Duties:
Ensure all activity, including personal data usage, advertising, and communication content, are compliant from a legal, regulatory and business perspective, and with specific focus on promoting good customer outcomes
Delivery of external communication to announce new products and initiatives
Delivery of external communications to Trade Press including Press Releases/Media Alerts, Social Media updates. Utilising multiple communication mediums (Bulletins, Email, Cubo, LinkedIn)
Manage the process for annual surveys with international and external stakeholders and action findings – analysis, reort and action plans are created / implemented
Monthly review of all Promotions for QA checks
Develop a communication plan to include timings and detail for all PR activity. Monitor the spend for all external supplier publications and activity in line with prescribed budget
Work alongside the Brand Managers to ensure all communications are produced in line with brand guidelines
Develop a comprehensive annual PR plan for working in conjunction with your line Manager
Manage and collate the Sales & Marketing section of the board report on behalf of Finance ensuring this is produced on time
What we’re looking for
Previous experience or working in or within PR and comm arena
Sound commercial acumen, with experience of being able to quickly understand briefs to develop PR and communication documents for all media platforms
Experience of developing coherent high-level project, programme and activity level action plans
Solid understanding of the digital landscape including social media platforms and latest trends and initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with and present to both internal and external stakeholders
A strong team player, able to establish strong working relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and business partners
Must display sound time management skills by delivering activity within prescribed timeframes through the effective prioritisation of actions (self and team) across multiple projects and ongoing programmes
Salary and Benefits Package:
£33-38,000 basic salary + £500 benefit plan or cash alternative option
35 hours a week (Mon-Fri) with hybrid model after probation period
Eligible for a discretionary performance related bonus
27 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays
