Quotations Assistant

Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading manufacturing company based in Edenbridge who are in search of a Quotations Assistant to join their growing team on a full-time permanent basis.

As the Quotations Assistant you will be working alongside a busy quotations department that design and supply bespoke products across the UK, Europe and UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who in interested in getting involved within a project role where no two days are the same!

Key duties:

• 
  As the Quotations Assistant you will be proficient with computer skills to use and maintain a modern MRP system


• 
  Candidates will need to be enthusiastic, methodical and able to work to project specifications and time frames


• 
  The role supports our sales team, operations team and clients with delivering projects


• 
  Sending out contracts and handling all administrative tasks associate with upcoming projects


• 
  Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams on a daily basis regarding project timescales


• 
  Answering client enquiries and building rapport to ensure repeat business


• 
  Sending out quotes and accurately pricing works for large projects  


• 
  Full training and support will be given
