- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading company based in Balcombe. Due to ongoing success, there is a requirement for an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a parttime, permanent basis.
The role:
As the Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
The ideal candidate will support Managers as well as employees through a variety of tasks related to the organisation and communication.
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
You will have the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic and will work well under pressure.

Main responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors to the office
Answer and direct client calls
Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
Managing the Administrative inbox
Diary management - schedule and book meeting rooms
Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy, ready to accommodate meetings
Email clients and update systems
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Skills:
Highly presentable and professional
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills
Working well under pressure on their own and as part of a team
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office
Happy to work autonomously and in a team
Working days either Monday 1/2 day, Wednesday full day and Thursday 1/2 day or 2 full days working on Wednesday and Thursday (8am – 4pm or 9am to 5pm)
Must be a driver due to location
