- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a manufacturing company of Luxury goods who are in search of an Admin Assistant to join their growing team.
 
 Our client is an established, family run business that supply luxury products to major high street retailers. Due to continued success within the business, they are looking to add an Office Admin Assistant to their team.
 
 The role:
 
 You will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the office, working with colleagues and supporting the business in its work. Our countryside location in Horley means that own transport is a must.
 
 Duties will include but will not be limited to:
 
 
 Providing assistance to the Compliance Manager in relation to product testing
 Compiling technical information & test reports
 Assisting in the running of the office
 Receiving & dealing with telephone queries
 Handling mail and deliveries
 Labelling, storing & maintaining product samples
 Ordering office stationery
 Administration support to the team
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate would have:
 
 
 Excellent organisational abilities
 Strong attention to detail
 Proficient use of Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn new IT systems and applications
 You should be self-motivated, flexible and be able to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines
