 Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experience Marketing Consultant to join their growing team.
 
 Purpose of the role
 
 As the Marketing Consultant, you will manage, plan and execute a marketing plan for their leisure department. You will take ownership and be accountable to goals and the success of the marketing plan.

 The key objectives will be:
 
 
 Increase the engagement of the brand
 Generate enquiries from new and existing clients, through targeted and timely marketing activities, using modern digital and traditional means of delivery
 Work with our Sales Consultants to deliver direct marketing via a customer lifecycle plan
 Promote cross selling between the brands
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key responsibilities and accountabilities
 
 
 Develop and be held accountable to a marketing plan, signed off by the senior staff/directors
 Take ownership for the entire customer life cycle
 Generate new and repeat client engagement
 Ensure client feedback is obtained through review platforms at all stages of the customer lifecycle
 Work with the Web & Digital team to internally co-manage digital marketing activities, including email marketing campaigns, and report on results
 Collate and analyse data to identify trends and measure marketing activity
 Identify advertising, PR and award opportunities
 Project manage the production of collateral, including newsletters, booklets, brochures, and all other marketing materials
 Develop our social channels strategy, including writing content publications, and increasing presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube) max 20% of role
 Organising events and negotiating appropriate collateral
 Work with a budget and be accountable to it
 Work with the Corporate team to identify cross-marketing opportunities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Personal attributes and job specific skills
 
 
 Proven experience in delivering successful marketing using traditional and digital channels
 PR strategy experience
 Excellent proof-reading
 Excellent English and ability to write attention grabbing sales and marketing led copy
 Very good on MS Teams – especially using planners, file organisation and notes
 Good skills with Word and Excel
 Proven budget management and negotiation skills with 3rd parties
 Proven experience of working with designers and external digital agencies in order to deliver a return on investment
 Proven track record of social media in additional to traditional marketing methods
 Ability to execute, monitor and analyse campaigns
 Motivated by success and sales
 Flexible and organised, with an ability to work under pressure
 Proven ability to communicate effectively within the team and the business
 Work well within a team and able to take feedback on board
 Ability to multi-task and prioritise
 Excellent time management skills and a desire to work towards deadlines
 A quality focussed mindset
