** £12.00 to £16.37 p/h DOE ** 6 Month Temporary Assignment ** Hybrid ** Based in Sandwich, Kent **
We are recruiting an experience Customer Service individual to join our client on a temporary 6-month basis.
The Role:
First point of call for client’s
Deal with client and patient queries.
Provide first class customer service to both external customers and internal colleagues.
Work closely with the Sales Team
Escalate customer queries
Provide standard/ad-hoc reports for analysis
Maintain audit compliant files for order management, invoices, credit / debits and complaints
Appropriate timely identification, collation and communication of information
Regular reviews of SOPs
Undertake a schedule of outbound service calls/issues management and customer satisfaction monitoring
Train and induct new staff and provide guidance/advice about work practices and departmental procedures
