Part Time Administrator
Greenford, Middlesex
£12.00 – 12.45 p/hour
22.5 or 30 hours a week available (no Friday working) – 7½ hours a day
7-month temporary assignment

Temporary opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy Installations Team of a global company, who handle various projects at different stages of completion.
Principally this role is an administration support role, and you’ll be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure that the installations and projects run smoothly, from managing documents both paper and digital, to updating activity records including requisitions and work plans on Excel.
Keeping site specific documentation including installation programmes, Health & Safety, Code of Conduct, Occupational Health, Security, Quality and specialist product certificates and site access applications updated and accessible for colleagues.
If you’ve worked previously in a construction, installation, maintenance, or project environment before, this would be a distinct advantage
Experience:
Knowledge of installation and maintenance terminology would be very advantageous
Working knowledge of MS office particularly MS Word and Excel
5 GCSE’s including Maths and English or equivalent
