Do you have experience of working in a customer service or call centre environment?
Would you be keen to chat about a move into a Quality Control role?
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to take a leap into an expanding Quality Control team of a regulated financial services company.
The QC team carry out routine checks on the activities of the new business division, to ensure that the levels of the communication between external customers and internal departments is accurate, or if there is a need to look at further training to reach customers expectations and improve the customer journey. With improvements being reviewed all the time, to ensure that they meet the regulations of the industry, but also to maintain colleague awareness.
The customer experience journey is hugely important to this client and maintaining their standing in the market is paramount through the actions of this team.
You don’t necessarily have to come from a financial services background (although it would be beneficial), but you’ll need to demonstrate the ability to follow through on procedure requests within a given timescale

Able to work to strict deadlines
Able to multitask and time manage yourself
Flexible approach to teamwork
Keen to learn and reactive to training
An eye for detail, able to work in a structured and process lead environment
