** £23k – £24k p/rata ** Monday to Friday / 9-5pm ** FTC until end of September ** Excellent Public Transport Links / Local Parking **
Have you got a background in either administration or customer services ?
Are you a good listener, able to take down information over the phone, recording details and handling enquiries – gaining guidance from more experienced colleagues if needed?
Keen to work in a busy open plan office, in a team of 30 others who deal with holiday and event updates and enquiries for customers?
Would you be confident responding to written feedback including complaints?
Working in a team of 30 others, you’ll have 2 senior managers to gain extra guidance from, this role is responsible for providing an excellent after sale service to customers, responding to written feedback correspondence and logging customer interactions on internal systems.

Excellent business letter-writing skills, able to respond to written requests for information
Good business awareness, able to focus on solutions for customer and company alike
Excellent interpersonal skills - articulate, courteous and professional and able to anticipate the needs of customers
Able to work under pressure and to set deadlines
