- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with an interior design / construction company who are in search of an Senior Office Administrator to join their friendly team on a full-time temporary basis.
The person:
We are looking for a confident, capable & reliable person who can use their own initiative and help support the office manager with everyday admin and data input onto SAGE 50. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience and comfortable navigating your way around Microsoft Excel/Word. Main duties will include assistance with general admin, making calls to council, utilities etc to establish what protocols we need to follow for new builds and data inputting for O&M Manuals.

Very competitive hourly rate between £12 - £15 per hour.
To start as soon as possible for 2-3 weeks
Monday to Friday 9am-17:00pm
5-minute walk from Waitrose and Edenbridge train station

Depending on qualifications, skills and previous experience, your role will be split between accounts & essential business administration including, but is not limited to:
Working with the administrator to ensure all admin tasks are covered
Getting involved with compiling Operating Manuals (O&M) for customers
Creating and maintaining client files onto system
Monitoring sales and purchase invoices onto system
Filing and checking all purchase orders and proformas/invoice
Running aged creditors report and making payments & issuing remittances
Using Gmail shared drive
£12 - £15 per hour
