 ** £13.00 to £14.30 p/hr ** 6-month temporary assignment ** weekly pay ** Pension ** 16.5 days holiday ** free parking onsite **
 
 Opportunity has arisen to join an international pharmaceutical company in Sandwich, who are looking for a strong administrator to support a busy team.
 Should you have a background in pharma / medical / GMP this would be ideal, although a full 4-week training programme is provided.
 
 Key accountabilities:
 
 Administration of electronic and hard copy records (e.g. current paper calibration certificates), according to standard operating procedures.
 Coordinate vendor activities, including GMP-qualification and adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
 Co-ordinate and schedule activities between service Vendors, customer operations and GWS engineering colleagues for work on facility, process & lab equipment.
 Follow call handing process for corrective works.
 Inbox management
 System housekeeping (EAMS/GDMS/Sharepoint)
 Raising of Purchase Orders, financial reconciliation/invoice and payment queries
 Chasing of vendor reports and completing work orders
 Updating EAMS database records as required.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications & Experience:
 
 Sound knowledge of database and document management
 Excellent Information Technology skills
 Working flexibly and able to work under own initiative with minimal direct supervision
 Use of Microsoft Office applications and Sharepoint
 Experience of working within a team
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Knowledge preferred (not essential):
 
 Knowledge of IT Systems including; EAMS, P2L, GDMS
 Advanced computer skills (Use of Word / Excel)
 GMP Regulatory Awareness
 
 
 
 
 
 Key competencies:
 
 Effective team player with ability to work on own initiative
 Ability to plan and prioritise work, not easily distracted or diverted from key priorities
 Able to undertake data inputting activities rapidly with a high degree of accuracy
