Our client, a global recruitment group specialising in the Fintech and Gaming sectors, and who place over 3500 candidates each year globally, are seeking individuals to join their team.
Initially starting out as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Rescourcer you will be given a first-class training schedule with a fast track to Recruitment Consultant!

The Role:
The Trainee Recruitment Consultant position is perfect for someone who is serious about pursuing a career in recruitment
In order to grow, you must be determined, hardworking and eager to succeed

Adhoc travel to industry events (globally)
Target driven
Able to build close working candidate and client relationships
Experience within tech or digital recruitment an advantage
Be articulate and comfortable presenting at all levels

Strong communication skills
Keen eye for detail
Previous telephone sales experience or account management (desirable)
