** Temporary opportunity for 12 months ** £22-24k **
Our client, a specialist in the cyber and forensic industry are looking for an individual to join their team in the local area, where you will provide full administrative and secretarial support.
The ideal candidate will have gained some previous office experience, and be fully IT proficient, with a confident and professional personality.
Duties:
Process, type, format and proofread documents quickly and accurately.
Answer telephone calls, take messages and redirect calls
Take instructions from clients and record the details
Create and maintain case records and files accurately
To work with the team to ensure the correct prioritisation of work
Ensure the appropriate KPIs are completed for each case
Arrange appointments, maintain diaries, co-ordinate travel and arrange accommodation
The Individual:
Intermediate / Advanced on Microsoft Packages
Experience with M365 and Dynamics would be beneficial
Confident and professional communicator
Excellent attention to detail
Highly organised
Confident telephone manner
