- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a growing business in the East Grinstead area who are looking to recruit a Junior Sales Support Administrator to join their friendly team.
This is a varied role and main duties will be providing administrative support to the Customer Service department with any tasks that is required.
The duties would include, contacting customers to book in deliveries, covering the post, filing, calling customers with queries on orders, raising returns and a few other duties, all very admin based. It will be varied, and the right candidate would need to be able to switch tasks, where the support was needed.
As this is an entry level role our client will consider candidates from all backgrounds such has hospitality and retail. Full training will be provided.
The salary is £21K
Monday to Friday 8:30 – 5pm
The duties would include:
General administrative support of inputting customer orders
Dairy management and booking customers order in for delivery
Handling all inbound post and parcels
Accurate filling and data inputting
Proving excellent customer service to customers
Raising returns
Proving administrative support to senior management
Working closely with the customer service team and assisting with customer orders and returns
Handling customer invoices and ensuring all information is accurate
Must have a good understanding of Microsoft platforms including Excel
Experience using SAP/ Zendesk would be advantageous
Parking on-site
Salary up to £21K depending on experience
