Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a well-established company in East Grinstead who are currently in search of a Head of Administration to join their expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As the Head of Administration, you will oversee the day to day running of the administration services within the business. The ideal candidate will drive efficiencies, maximise productivity, and improve the customer experience. This is an exciting and varied role, which will see you working with a supportive and pro-active management team who are committed to expanding the business and have plans to build additional sites.
As the part of the senior management team, you will adopt progressive ways of working, putting the customer experience, safety, and process at the centre of any decision making. Employee engagement and development are key, along with providing excellent customer service.

Skills and experience required:
As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will contribute towards executing the growth strategy
As Head of Administration, you must be confident in leading and managing administration teams
Previous experience working within a healthcare setting is advantageous, but not essential, training will be provided
You will provide leadership to all Administration services including the reception, bookings, and general admin teams, ensuring you maximise productivity and deliver exceptional customer service
