Lloyd Recruitment have a fabulous opportunity to join an expanding tour company, established in mid 1990’s, who are experiencing an increase in bookings and enquiries coming out of lockdown.
Working as part of a team of sales professionals, you’ll be responsible for establishing new clients onto the portfolio, through proactive account management.
This isn’t your usual cold calling role, this is one that will require you to use your account management and development skills to their fullest, with the emphasis on following through on each action and gaining trust for annual and adhoc repeat programmes.
With the company having been built on strong work ethics and delivering promises, you’ll need to continue this through in your own activities.
Fluency in French, German or other European languages will be a distinct benefit to this role.
Duties:
Creation of new business using both cold call telesales and email techniques.
Confidence in creating tailormade proposals for travel itineraries for each client.
Possessing excellent product knowledge
Taking part in inspections and visits
Mentoring of new starters and colleagues
Identifying improvements to work organisation and procedures
