** Up to £32,000 ** Monday to Friday ** 8.00am to 5.00pm ** Office Based **
Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a long-standing client of theirs, who are recruiting a Repair’s Planner Team Leader to join their team based in Slough.
As a Repair’s Planner Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing workload of the planners and managing the most efficient and profitable management of all repairs.
Duties:
- Being first point of contact to represent your team
- Produce weekly performance reports
- Oversee and support the Scheduling Teams
- Ensure databases are utilised in closing down jobs to secure month end application
- Successful management of dashboards and works in progress (WIP) to comply KPI requirements.
- Liaise and report any risks to jobs to the service delivery manager
- Update stock condition surveys into the database
- Maintain correspondence, telephone and email protocol
- Notify Line Manager of irregularities and manage queries
- Retrieve & input information into IT/ manual systems
- Oversee your team and offer support in raising and inputting of works orders in accordance with contract requirements
- Ensure prompt resolution of queries & complaints received
Requirements:
- Opti Time and Orchard would be beneficial
- Experience of booking/scheduling in engineers / contractors
- Experience from social housing beneficial but not essential
- Previous experience of running a planning / scheduling team would be beneficial
