Being part of the Relationship Team, the Renewals Manager will support our clients with questions and queries, help them renew their subscriptions and promote other products and services.
Beneficial experience:
A background in teaching, education, or an educational supplier
A good knowledge of SaaS models
Experience using Hubspot
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional multi-tasker, that does not mind getting stuck into any situation.
