- Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a well-established company in East Grinstead who are currently in search of a Social Media Executive to join their expanding team on a fulltime, permanent basis.
As the Social Media Executive, you must be professional, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English. You need to show passion and enthusiasm for working in this field and have a track record of managing a range of social media accounts with proven results.
This role will be hybrid working and will be based in the office 2-3 times per week.

As Social Media Executive, your day-to-day your role will entail:
Management of social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Drive traffic/increase engagement, following, and results
Create content strategies and plans
Create social media reports based on insights
Create copy for social media posts, campaigns ideas, and blogs
Keep up to date with social media and digital trends and nuances
To be considered for the role of Social Media Executive you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Experienced in the use of social media management tools
Sales Force/Centre Point and Google Analytics experience desirable
B2C and some B2B experience is desirable
Experience of growing social media channels and increasing engagement
Have a good understanding of design
Be able to use your own initiative
Be able to manage/prioritise own workload
Excellent at time management and planning
